Facial Exercises for Wrinkles: A Blanket Effect on Your Skin
Have you found that the majority of anti aging creams don’t do the job they’re supposed to; and you’ve started to wonder if doing facial exercises for wrinkles is the answer? If you haven’t, then you may just be about to stumble onto something life changing.
Are anti ageing creams the answer?
I’m sure that you’ve seen all of the glossy promotional adverts for women who are starting to get wrinkles, and have seen the dramatic effects after using brand x anti aging cream, and you’ve thought that it would work wonders for you, too, right? Did it?
The people in the adverts clearly saw results, and it was backed up by studies, so it has to work, doesn’t it? After all, you know that adverts have strict guidelines, so they must really have the results to back up the studies, so it’s all good, or is it? You haven’t seen any FDA warnings, and that would be the first thing you’d look for if you were really worried, but are you right to do that?
Are anti ageing creams laying it on a little thick?
The truth is most of these anti aging creams do work; to a certain extent. They help to plump up areas of reduced collagen, and that somewhat smooth’s out the skin; the only thing is, these are only short-term fixes.
What about the studies? Again, the studies are into whether the creams will do what they say they will, and, as we’ve seen, they will for a while.
Ok, how about the claims that x number of women to use this saw changes? Again, short-term, and, if you really look at the statistics that they give you, you may find that even big brands have only tested it out on 100 people; while that’s enough to get a percentage, it’s not a comprehensive test.
What about the FDA? The FDA only gets involve with things that could be described as being medicine, or something similar, and, seeing these cosmetics haven’t made any real medical claims, they aren’t even tested by the FDA.
Do facial exercises for wrinkles really work?
Yes, facial exercises really do work to help remove wrinkles.
As you work the muscles, using a targeted routine of anti aging facial exercises, they start to tighten, and, as you may have noticed if you’ve ever worked out at a gym, as the muscles tighten they have an effect on the tissue surrounding them, and that improvement will help to even out the areas that are causing the wrinkles in your skin.
Think of your skin as being like the blanket on a bed; the wrinkles on the surface can be caused by the sheets underneath not being pulled as tight or laid as flat as they could be. Now, if you could pull them tighter then the blanket on the surface would be smoothed out; these facial exercises for wrinkles are just ‘pulling the blanket tight’.
So, in the ongoing battle to fight off wrinkles are you going to go for; an anti aging cream that only has a short, skin deep effect; or use a system of anti aging facial exercises, to give you a far longer youthful look? Do you want an inexpensive face fitness formula that you pay for once, and can use when and where ever you want? Or, would you rather pay for the rest of your life with anti aging creams?
If you want the option that will give you the most benefit, then you need to head to Face Fitness Center to get the face fitness formula; if you don’t, well, I’m sure there will be another cream that promises to do what only facial exercises for wrinkles can do.
